Deadline for May Graduates to Update Name/Address for Diploma is 5/26/17

Your diploma will display your primary name as it appears on your student record in the University's student information system.

• If changes are needed to your primary name, please bring a copy of the appropriate documentation (U.S. passport, birth certificate or court-issued document such as a marriage or divorce certificate) and photo identification to the Office of the University Registrar, B7 Day Hall, by May 26, 2017. It is University policy that the name on your student record and your diploma match.
• To arrange for any special characters, such as accent marks, to appear on your diploma, please contact your college registrar's office

Your diploma will be mailed to your home address as it appears in Student Essentials. Please check this address carefully, including country.

• If you wish to have your diploma mailed to a different address, or if your address contains any errors, please update your home address in Student Essentials by May 26, 2017.
